Instead, the "mods" tab is just one long list of all mods, installed or not, active or not. I'm using vortex as well but the overview of all my mods isn't as structured as it used to be in NMM. It is SO easy and straight-forward to use. Never used MO2 so perhaps my opinion isn't valid here. But MO2 can handle more mods than Vortex, don't ask me about numbers, but if you have a large load order consider MO2 first.

It becomes hard to find and sort mods, etc. Now with the amount of mods I install, that gets really messy really quick. The closest Vortex seems to offer to this is sorting mods by predetermined categories. The particular feature I miss the most is sorting mods by category, into folders you can expand and collapse.
